Our check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM, but late check-in is possible.

We use a keycode system for room entry.

 

If you book online and complete payment in advance, we’ll send you the room number and keycode via email between the day before and 8 PM on your arrival day.

 

Please contact us through the booking site’s messaging function or Yadomaru Mine’s email form.

 

For guests without a Japanese address, please email us clear photos of your passport’s photo page.

 

Upon arrival, fill out the arrival card on your room’s desk and leave it there.

Our staff will collect it after checkout.

From Haneda Airport, reach us in about 7 hours:

Take the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Shin-Yamaguchi in 5 hours.

Then, hop on the Mine Line substitute bus to Mine Station, about 30 minutes.

Grab a local bus or a 10-minute taxi to our hotel at 4849-1, Isa, Mine City.
